I live my life trying to stand as blameless before Christ as I possibly can. I make a concerted effort to know God’s word and to apply God’s teachings to my life. I am open to Christ revealing to me each day, new ways to bend my knee, to His Lordship in my life. I try not to hinder the Holy Spirit from reflecting God’s love (attributes) for others to see, through my example.
I have been in a committed, monogamous, loving relationship with my wife Christina now for over 40 years.
Married in January of 1990, we have born two children who are the pride and joy of our lives, Daria Layne and Drake Anthony.
My wife home schooled our children from birth and they both graduated High School from Biola Universities Star Program. Both of them attended college at California State University Fullerton (CSUF) and Fullerton College.
We have lived in Brea, CA for over 40 years and we love calling Orange County our home.

Accepting Christ as my personal savior in the 2nd grade at Bethany Baptist Church in Whittier, CA, God has had His hand on me, all of my life.
My earliest church attendance as a young child started with Pastor Chuck Smith’s tent revivals back in the mid 1970’s during the Jesus movement. Chuck Smith’s Calvary Chapel church started exploding during this time.
From here, my mother was drawn into a church called The Harvester Mission which was founded in 1929 in Los Angeles, CA by T. Marshall Morsey. Lead by the teachings of Dr. David Morsey who was the son of the founder, the next 25 years found me immersed in solid biblical teaching from a teacher who taught directly out of the Greek and Hebrew texts and who authored hundreds of original writings.
From the Harvester Mission the Harvester Training Institute evolved. This theological institute trained its students to study scripture from the original languages. My exposure to the teachers and students of this institute shaped my love for God’s word and my commitment to teach it as accurately as possible. Ed Morsey, who currently pastors Granada Heights Friends church, was also instrumental in shaping my biblical knowledge after his father David, passed on to be with Christ in 1996.
Eventually, it was back to the Calvary Chapel Church family. For the next 15 years I served in various capacities from Children’s Ministry teacher, Adult Bible Study Teacher, Church Elder, Church Deacon, Home School P.S.P. Leader, Marriage Counselor, Apologetics and Eschatology Instructor and the like. My love for God’s word and His people has been a direct response to His love for me and has defined my whole life.
Our family has sojourned for two years at Friends Community Church in Brea, CA under the teachings of Pastor Rick Darden and North Hills Church in Brea, CA for four years under the teaching of Pastor Doug Green.
From there God lead us to Calvary Community Church in Brea, CA under the teaching of Senior Pastor Dave Tebay for about 5 years.
Year 2020 COVID-19 closures forced us to find our new home church during the pandemic, Calvary Chapel Chino Hills in Chino, CA under the teaching of Senior Pastor Jack Hibbs.

First and foremost it is God's Holy Spirit who teaches all of us and gives us wisdom. Scripture tells us that we have no need for anyone to teach us outside of the Holy Spirit.
The apostle John tells us in 1 John 2:26-28 (English Standard Version)
I write these things to you about those who are trying to deceive you. But the anointing that you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as His anointing teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie—just as it has taught you, abide in Him.
Now with that being said, having a good teacher to guide you through scripture, parsing out the truth of Christ, that's born out of a disciplined study of God's word, is invaluable. To these individuals I would like to make mention. They are as follows:
David Morsey was by far my largest influence as a Bible teacher and a Godly example of what a man should be as he sojourns through life in a relationship with Christ. David authored over 200 original works and taught directly from the Greek and Hebrew texts for over 30 years, serving the body of Christ faithfully until he went on to be with the Lord in 1996.

I am forever grateful for the consistent attention to my personal walk with the Lord that Dr. Morsey tended to during my youth. Forever will his imprint of Godly living leave an indelible impression upon my soul. My heart rejoices that you are with the Lord, but you are missed.
Ed Morsey was also very instrumental in shaping my knowledge and love of Christ. Continuing his grandfathers work in the Harvester Mission after his father David, Ed worked tirelessly to pour God's word into the ecclesia of Christ through Sunday Services, Small Group Bible Studies and a personal relationship that to this day, has proved invaluable to me. Also teaching directly from the Greek and Hebrew texts and as a teacher at the Harvester Training Institute, Ed joyfully instructed the students how to study God's word.
Timothy J. Langle received his Biblical & Theological training from The Harvester Training Institute in Los Angeles, CA where he also became an instructor of both the Greek and Hebrew languages. He has worked closely with Calvary Chapel Ministries, American Missionary Fellowship, Mission Aviation Fellowship and numerous oversees independent faith ministries. For 10 years he pastored Lytle Creek Community Church, a community where he resided with his wife and two daughters. His special passion is prophetic studies, but he delights in illuminating all of God’s Word.
Tim is also the first and longest serving volunteer Fire Chaplain in the
Rialto, CA Fire Department where he has served the community of Rialto for over 12 years. The Chaplain program provides support to meet the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of community members and provides support to the personnel of Rialto Fire department and/or their families. Chaplain Langle performs weddings, funerals and other ceremonies for Rialto Fire personnel. He is trained in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing that equips him to comfort department members who are disturbed by emergency incidents. He is certified to participate in FEMA requests for Fire Chaplains in disaster situations which included Ground Zero in New York City.
Tim's heart to know God better through the accurate study of His written Word has also proved to be a valuable resource for me. Tim's knowledge of God's Word in it's original languages of Koine Greek and Hebrew, have continually been a source of accuracy for me in my studies. Tim's willingness to share his knowledge and his love for Christ make him a dear friend and confidant.
